I’m a Board-Certified Holistic Practitioner and Functional Nutrition Counsellor, former CIS university athlete (three sports), teacher, business owner, health and wellness coach, wife, and mom to two competitive athletes.

 

Life is busy — and most people don’t need more. 

 

My work is about intentional transformation: meaningful, sustainable change created through practices that help you feel calm, nourished, and energized in a world that demands so much of you. 

 

I’ve lived in a body that was the picture of health - trained for elite performance and I have lived in a body full of disease (high risk pregnancies and deliveries, miscarriage, a rare blood disorder and end-stage organ failure, nervous system dis- regulation)  Those experiences reshaped how I think about health and life in general.Transformation doesn’t happen by accident — it’s intentional, supported, and deeply personal.

 

Everything I offer is designed to help you reconnect with your body, regain your energy, and build a lifestyle that actually holds you instead of draining you.
